800 Joint Personnel Clean Up Mud After Flooding in Cipinang Melayu

East Jakarta Mayor, Muhammad Anwar together with 800 joint personnel clean up mud after flooding at RW 04 Cipinang Melayu, Makasar.

His side deployed personnel to several settlements to clean up mud and garbage carried by the flood.

Besides, his side also deployed 20 garbage trucks, 10 fire trucks, and 20 motor carts to accelerate the work.

East Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Budi Novian added, there are personnel from Satpol PP, Environment Sub-department, Health Sub-department, Water Resources Sub-department, Bina Marga Sub-department, Forestry Sub-department, Transportation Sub-department, PPSU, and TNI/Police who were involved in this cleaning work.

"We deployed 100 Satpol PP personnel to participate in this cleaning," he conveyed.

Meanwhile East Jakarta Metro Police Head, Grand Commissioner Arie Ardian Rishadi stated, police officers are not only deployed to help cleaning the area, but also to secure the areas affected by flood.

"We are targeting areas affected by flood to return to normal within the next four days," he mentioned.
